Given the right conditions, temperature between 22 and 26 degree centigrade and soft acidic water, Glossostigma grows fast and forms a green carpet quite fast. But Glossostigma is definitely a high light plant. Typically in low light conditions, the plant will strive to grow uptight towards the light.
Aquascaping tip
Owing to its comparatively larger leaf size, ?Glosso? is best used in larger nature aquarium as a foreground plant. This is an old favourite of legendary aquascapist, Mr. Takashi Amano.
